This building is old, but has been rehabilitated. Is a comfortable building, the views are fantastic, and is very well connected, next to the metro station “Cuatro Caminos” and train station “Nuevos Ministerios”.


 It is next to the main thoroughfare of “La Castellana” and the financial area “Azca - Nuevos Ministerios”. Ten minutes by underground train to Madrid's historic centre, three stops are at the “Glorieta de Bilbao” and two more in the Gran Via, an excellent location that allows a quiet residence at only a few minutes from all places of interest from Madrid.
